Had a really enjoyable day today walking with the children of Pathways’ Special School in Grangetown. We walked from the school all the way to Roseberry Topping passing through Eston Nab and Guisbourough Woods.
The children are great bunch of kids with a mixture of problems some behavioural. Extremely energetic and at times a proper handful but a joy to be around.
The teachers are also a fantastic bunch of people who obviously go above and beyond for the children on a daily basis. I felt extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to not only share some of my experiences but also now to have had shared experiences together.
It is really easy to badge people and I think you miss out on meeting some amazing people.
