Kayleigh Payne, BCT Aspire’s catering apprentice is soon to collect her qualification, just in time for her move to Australia.
Kayleigh has been working with BCT chefs for almost a year now after leaving a sandwich preparation plant and has since not only worked at Billingham Golf Club creating her own special menus, she has catered for international companies such as Fujifilm Diosynth and has run her own café style catering unit for Billingham Rangers youth football team.
BCT Aspire are proud to have worked with this inspirational, hard working individual who opitimises BCT’s beliefs in hard work and honesty, lets hope she aspires to open BCT Catering in Australia!!
