\"Fancy<\/a>This year we are delighted to announce that on behalf of Billingham Town Council, BCT Aspire CIC will be providing a fantastic \u2018Halloween Spooktakular\u2019 event in John Whitehead Park.\u00a0 This will be on Thursday 31st<\/sup> October between 5:30-8pm, with plenty of activities organized for the whole family to enjoy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

FREE ENTRY and the chance to win amazing Halloween prizes.\u00a0<\/p>\n
