Overcoming challenges to build emotional strength &amp; empathy for others. Experiencing isolation &amp; solitude develops self-reliance &amp; self-confidence.<br \/>\n\u2022 Divided into 4 sections that all must be completed (Physical, Skill, Volunteering &amp; Expedition)<br \/>\n\u2022 Sections can work around existing activities (Current Hobbies &amp; Interests).<\/p>\n<p>Check out the official Duke of Edinburgh website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dofe.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>What equipment is provided?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The programme does require all young persons to have the correct outdoor kit.
