BCT Support Mouses

Mouses EP launch
We are very proud to be supporting our amazing  tutors Nathan & Steve aka Mouses who will be launching their second EP on the 7th March at the Green Room – Georgian Theatre. The team from BCT will be going along with some of the older children to support the guys who do so much to support our music programme.

Tickets are currently available for members of the BCT youth group (13+) who must be accompanied by an adult/carer to the event, due to venue rules. They are selling fast so make sure you don’t miss out on what will be an amazing night.

The show will also have music from great local acts Dressed Like Wolves, Casual Threats and James Kruman. To find out more about these bands just click on the band names.  Tickets are also available from Tees Music Alliance WWW.TEESMUSICALLIANCE.ORG.UK

Nathan Duff ” BCT has been a big part of my life for 3 years and has helped me a great deal in that time both personally and musically! It’s amazing to work with such hard working young people each week- and even more amazing to hear that they will be supporting our EP launch! Even better than that, I’m sure we’ll be supporting the guys with their own EP launch one day – they’re the bones of a very positive future music scene!’

The band are achieving critical acclaim having recently being featured on national radio station BBC6 Tom Robinson. This is the show that is achieving the status for breaking new bands that was once the job of the legendary John Peel. Locally the group have been leaving a mark on the local gig scene, travelling far and wide.

The group also on Saturday night were invited by the top local DJ Bob Fischer, performing 3 live songs and also talking about their involvement with BCT Aspire CIC. Check it out by clinking on the link below.

BCT’s Paul Burgum said ” We are all very proud to see the journey of Nathan and Steve, both as people and musically. They are both the most amazing role models that are the real deal. I see on a continual basis the hard work and effort they put into their craft, but also just as importantly the raw passion that comes from them. They are leading the way for all our children to follow and we can’t wait to celebrate their achievements on the 7th of March”.
