BCT Aspire ” Winters Over” Celebration Showcase

Winters Over PosterWe are extremely pleased to announce that our next BCT Youth Music showcase shall be on the 27th March at the Billingham Synthonia Club – Theatre Suite. This night will be a night to blow away the winter cobwebs, with sunshine and positivity provided by the children of the BCT Aspire Youth group. We are also looking for local youngsters under eighteen who would like to gain the opportunity to perform on the show. If you have always dreamed of performing this is your chance in one of the most friendly settings you will find.

The show will be another chance for the current crop of youngsters to show their progression and the confidence that they now have in each other. This show will be the first time that our immediate/advanced group will perform without any of the tutors supporting in any way. The aim as always to show the children what they are capable of achieving as a team.

A large part of the aim of BCT is to help raise the aspirations of local children and young people, with this in mind we have decided to open out this show to anybody who is under 18 and dreams of performing. Getting the chance to perform on a professionally organised show, that also makes sure that the atmosphere is always an incredibly friendly one.

BCT founder Paul Burgum said ” The group has been working so hard over the last few months since the xmas show. They have at times stepped backwards, looking at important elements such as rhythm and beat. I can’t wait for the families, friends and general public to see the results of their hard work. Further to that we will be giving many youngsters the first taste of performance with our beginners group, gaining that confidence that stepping on a stage can give a young person”.

Doors open from 7pm

Tickets £4 Adults Under 16 £2 (On the door only)
