This year we are delighted to announce that on behalf of Billingham Town Council, BCT Aspire CIC will be providing a fantastic ‘Halloween Spooktakular’ event in John Whitehead Park. This will be on Thursday 31st October between 5:30-8pm, with plenty of activities organized for the whole family to enjoy.
