BCT Aspire are proud to welcome a new addition to its Youth Music programme with the introduction of a programme of Bass guitar lessons. We are happy to welcome local bass guitarist Simon Shaw into BCT family to host the course.
Simon has previously worked with BCT in the past as a volunteer on some of our Music Taster sessions. Bassist with local band Frozen Rope Simon brings with him a great deal of enthusiasm plus a massive helping of talent.
The programme will integrate with our existing Guitarmegeddon Guitar course with the children also linking up at the live shows.
The lessons will take place on Tuesday evening beginning at 6.30 till 8pm for the great value price of just £5, with a discount of £1 for children attending one of our other programmes. As always with BCT we would love to hear from any children or parents who may require support in terms of the price.
Managing Director Paul Burgum said “It is great to welcome Simon on board officially as he is an extremely talented musician but just as importantly a really good guy, who is very passionate about passing on his craft to other young people. I am sure that the course will be good fun and also develop some great musicians.
